THE PERSONAL SENTINEL Version 2
PERMANENT DISABILITY BENEFIT
This benefit will pay up to the Principal Sum Insured in the event of Permanent Disability due to accident depending on the percentage as stated in the Schedule of Benefits for Accidental Death and Permanent Disablement (See Schedule of Benefits) and shall include the following expenses:-

COSMETIC SURGERY / DENTAL CORRECTION UP TO RM5,000

WHEELCHAIR / PROSTHESIS (ARTIFICIAL LIMBS) UP TO RM2,500

PERMANENT DISABLEMENT TO GENITALIA - 10% of the Principal Sum Insured is payable in the event that the insured suffers impotency or infertility as a result from an accident.
