AGE LIMIT - Who is eligible?

Anyone residing in Malaysia can purchase this Personal Accident policy as long as they are aged 1 to 65 years (renewable up to age 75 years) and not involved with any high risk duties and occupations (see Excluded Occupations). Persons age below 16, student, housewife and retiree are eligible to buy up to PLAN 2 (without weekly indemnity benefit).   

If you wish to apply for "The Personal Sentinel" coverage, just instruct us by e-mail providing the following details and we will be sending you the appropriate Application Form:-

• Your preferred correspondence address

• Insured/s occupations

• Insured/s age next birthday

• Which Plan (with or without weekly indemnity) have you chosen? Plan 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8.

• How would you like to make your payment? (By Credit Card or Cheque or Direct Bank-in to Alliance Bank) Payment by CASH is not recommended.
