Who is eligible?
Insured Person must be a Malaysian or
foreigner who has a valid work permit, student permit, permanent
resident status or MM2H status. Insured Age Limit - 30 days old to 65
years old (Renewable up to age 80 years old). All ages refer to the age
of Insured Person's next birthday age. Unemployed person, student,
housewife and Insured Person below 16 years old are only eligible up to
Plan 3 without weekly benefit. Retiree and Insured Person above 65 years
old are only eligible for plans without weekly benefit.
Am I covered at home, work or at leisure?
Yes, it protects you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, all around the
world, whether you are at work, at home, traveling or playing sports
(except excluded sports).
Does this plan pay in addition to any other insurance policy that I may
Yes, it pays in addition to any other insurance policy you may have except
for Medical Reimbursement.
When will my coverage be effective?
Your coverage will be effective upon the receipt of premiums and approval
by the insurer.
When am I entitled for Daily Hospital Income benefit?
You have to be admitted to the hospital due to an accident as a registered patient for more
than 12 hours.
What is Traditional Treatment benefit?
This benefit reimburses post-hospitalisation Traditional Treatment
expenses subject to the limit per visit and the maximum limit for any one
accident as stated in the Schedule of Benefits. Traditional
Treatment shall mean traditional medical practitioner who is an
acupuncturist, bonesetter, chiropractor, osteopath and/or physiotherapist,
excluding any traditional medical practitoner who is the claimant himself
or his immediate family members, i.e. siblings, spouse, child or parent.
How will I be entitled for Renewal Bonus?
Upon renewal of this Policy
(provided such renewal is continuous and the Policy has not been allowed to
lapse in any one given year) the Principal Sum
Insured shall be increased by 15% per year up to a maximum of
150% of the Principal Sum Insured.
Renewal Bonus shall only be

If there are changes to my life profile, must I inform the Insurer?
Yes, you are required to inform the Insurer should there be any changes
regarding your address, occupation and personal pursuits, which would
affect your risk profile.

- Nuclear Weapons Material
