AGE LIMIT - Who is eligible?

Insured Person must be a Malaysian or Foreigner who has a valid work permit, student permit, permanent resident status or MM2H (Malaysia My Second Home) status.

Age Limit - 30 days old to 70 years old (renewable up to age 80 years old). All ages refer to the age of Insured Person's next birthday. Occupation Class 1, 2 and 3 only.

Unemployed person, student, housewife and Insured Person below 16 years old are only eligible up to Plan 3 without Weekly Benefit.

Retiree and Insured Person above 65 years old are only eligible for plans without Weekly Benefit.

If you wish to apply for "The Personal Sentinel" coverage, just instruct us by e-mail providing the following details and we will be sending you the Proposal Form:-

• Your preferred correspondence address

• Insured/s occupations

• Insured/s age next birthday

• Which Plan (with or without weekly indemnity) have you chosen? Plan 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7.

• How would you like to make your payment? (By Credit Card or Direct Online Transfer / Bank-in to Maybank Account)

• How would you like us to contact you?
