SCHEDULE OF PERMANENT DISABLEMENT BENEFITS

a. Loss of one or both hands at wrist 100%
b. Loss of one or both feet 100%
c. Loss of sight of one or both eyes 100%
d. Loss of all fingers and both thumbs 100%
e. Total paralysis (from neck downwards) 100%
f. Total insanity 100%
g. Injury resulting in being permanently bedridden 100%
h. Permanent total loss of hearing of both ears 75%
  Permanent total loss of hearing of one ear 25%
i. Loss of speech 50%
j. Permanent total loss of lens in one eye 50%
k. Loss of or permanent total loss of use of four fingers and thumb 50%
l. Loss of or permanent total loss of use of four fingers 30%
m. Loss of or permanent total loss of use of thumb - both phalanges 20%
  Loss of or permanent total loss of use of thumb - one phalanx 10%
n. Loss of or permanent total loss of use of fingers - three phalanges 7.5%
  Loss of or permanent total loss of use of fingers - two phalanges 5%
  Loss of or permanent total loss of use of fingers - one phalanx 2%
o. Loss of or permanent total loss of use of toes - all one foot 15%
  Loss of or permanent total loss of use of toes - great both phalanges 7.5%
  Loss of or permanent total loss of use of toes - great one phalanx 3%
  Loss of or permanent total loss of use of toes - any other toe, each 2%
p. Fracture leg or patella with established non-union after 26 weeks from the date of accident 10%
q. Shortening of leg by at least 5cm 7.5%
Percentage of Principal Sum payable for Permanent Disability not set forth in the above schedule shall be determined by the Company in its absolute discretion. Where more than one infirmity arises from any one accident, the percentages are added together but cannot exceed 100% of the Principal Sum Insured.
