HOW TO SUBMIT THE PROPOSAL FORM AND MAKE THE PAYMENT?
You may submit the completed form by email (kooagency@yahoo.com) or Whatsapp to 012-6597262.

And you may remit payment to our Koo Agency MAYBANK Account No.: 5123-611-44-193.

Upon receipt of your payment and proposal form, your policy will be issued and forwarded to your within 2 working days.
