In the event of an accident to an insured maid:-

1. Report the accident immediately to any ZURICH GENERAL INSURANCE MALAYSIA BERHAD (ZGIMB) office.

2. Submit the necessary information to ZURICH GENERAL INSURANCE MALAYSIA BERHAD (ZGIMB) as soon as possible.

3. Complete and return the Domestic Maid Insurance Scheme claim form to ZURICH GENERAL INSURANCE MALAYSIA BERHAD (ZGIMB) , which can be obtained by contacting Zurich's Call Centre 1-300-88-8622 or emai to callcentre@zurich.com.my, together with the necessary claim documents as required.
